Our Chelmsford Property Networking event has been running for 14 month now. Its a fun, friendly atmosphere of both new and seasoned investors. Our events are not an excuse to try and sell you something. We run them because we are passionate about property about sharing our knowledge with you so that you too can make a success of your property business.
This months Property Networking Chelmsford is
Tuesday 26th AUGUST from 7pm
New Street Brasserie, Atlantic Hotel, New Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1PP
Our aim is to give you new content every month with new speakers that you probably won't see or hear elsewhere on the 'seminar' circuit. Many of the speakers are our personal business contacts and friends.We are happy to introduce them to you so you can connect with the right people to move you forward.
talkIn coming months we plan to have speakers sharing their knowledge on the following subjects; commercial property, getting on the estate agents' secret investor list, foreign property special, the sales side of getting your own deals, negotiation, accounting/ tax, property syndicates.
This month we are pleased to announce that we have Jason Howard from from Insight Worldwide.
Jason HowardJason will be sharing his success story of how he has and continues to successfully purchase UK property significantly below market value and his skill at sourcing investment opportunities overseas in emerging countries with high projected capital growth. His expertise in obtaining the right funding and purchasing quality properties at significantly BMV has enabled Jason to obtain high rental yields and therefore achieve a positive cash flow for his rental properties.
Jason is a prolific investor himself owning property in the UK, Toronto, Bucharest, Sofia, Cape Verde, Cyprus & Istanbul.
